What are your credentials?

I have my Master’s in Social Work, Master’s in Science, and I am a CNS (Certified Nutrition Specialist) Candidate. The CNS credential is the most advanced certification for personalized nutrition practitioners.

What is medical nutrition therapy (MNT)?

MNT is a science-based, personalized, comprehensive nutrition therapy service. It includes: (1) in-depth individualized nutrition assessment; (2) the establishment of goals, a care plan, and interventions; and (3) regular follow-up to support and reinforce behavioral and lifestyle changes relative to an individual’s nutrition-related problems, concerns, medical condition, or disease.

Do you take out-of-state clients?

Yes. I am able to provide virtual services to individuals physically located in most of the United States. I am not able to provide services to individuals physically located in: AL, AR, IA, KS, LA, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, OH, OK, SD, TN, or WY.

Do you take insurance?

I am not currently accepting insurance.
